Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 22, 2026
CROW Web Consulting wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, captions, or other assistive technologies.
Our approach
We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility practices, including meaningful headings, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, labeled forms, readable contrast, and responsive layouts. The U.S. Department of Justice identifies barriers such as poor contrast, missing text alternatives, inaccessible forms, missing captions, and mouse-only navigation as important web accessibility concerns.
No perfect-accessibility claim
Web accessibility is an ongoing process, and third-party content, browser differences, new site features, or future changes can introduce barriers. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party service is fully accessible.
Feedback and accommodation requests
If you encounter a barrier, please use the contact page and tell us the page or feature, what prevented access, and what alternative would help. We will review the report and work toward a reasonable solution when appropriate.
Third-party content
Links to social platforms and other third-party services may lead to environments controlled by other organizations. CROW cannot guarantee the accessibility of those external services.
Standards and future improvements
CROW uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical reference for ongoing improvements. We review accessibility as the site changes rather than treating it as a one-time task.
